Watson Commerce Center - Chino
RGA completed this four building distribution and logistics park in Chino for Watson Land Company between 2005 and 2008. The project totaled 1.25 million square feet. The development was the first speculative industrial project in Southern California to target LEED® Certification, and all four buildings were eventually certified Gold for New Construction, setting a new standard for speculative development in the regional market. Three of the buildings were delivered on spec and featured Class A offices and mezzanines with abundant clerestory glass. The cross dock building was pre-leased and developed as a Build-To-Suit for Natures Best Foods. The Natures Best building features 10,000sf of Class A office and approximately 75,000sf of cooler and freezer area including a refrigerated dock. All four building were constructed by Millie & Severson at a total cost of approximately $40 million.
