RGA completed this business park project at the I-10 and I-15 interchange in 2017 for Orbis Real Estate Partners. The project encompassed four buildings for sale ranging from 35,000 sf to 82,000 sf. All four buildings include speculative two-story office improvements. The site came with some challenging constraints as there was only one very narrow street frontage at the southerly end, and there was a grade difference of 18 feet from the north to south property lines. RGA was able to come up with a functional site plan layout featuring a range of building sizes and delivered an overall F.A.R. of 49.75%. The building architecture is contemporary and the office corners include shade and trellis features which are partly visible from the adjacent freeways. The project was constructed in 2017 by KPRS construction.
